I had to use the walkthrough for the 5-color witch lock. I'm guessing it has something to do with the potions on the shelf, but why that order?

I needed no walkthrough, just average point-and-click skills. I'm kind of surprised that people are having so much trouble with the arrow puzzle. Here's a hint: the matches are used more than once.

You can use the SHIFT-Key to open the quick menu where you can use them :)
