I was in the middle of 1-4 and I pressed X+C and suddenly it skipped to the end screen where it says I had deactivated the mainframe and I don't know what I did

It doesn't look like there's a save system, so that might be worth mentioning
The screen at the end that shows you all your scores should just be a level select instead. So the menu needs some work, and then it would be a great puzzle game.
The main problem is how often I'd get stuck in the wall, but I loved climbing and launching myself and switching from one course to the next
Thanks for the feedback!

I click start and it freezes on the first frame of the comic. There's no game.
Edit: Yeah I click START STORY and then it says loading and then I see the frame of the comic with the clock tower that says Liverpool. Birds chirp and the music plays. I try to click things to proceed but it's stuck. I'm using Chrome on a Windows desktop.
Sorry to hear that, does the first frame appears? Also what browser are you using? Sorry about any inconveniences
This could be a pretty neat puzzle game, but most of the challenge is just dealing with the unintuitive and tedious UI
I refreshed and lost all my progress
Will improve on the save data in the next game
Is there an end condition?
Unfortunately not, if you can reach 0 infected you win the game
If 5 3 1 4 is supposed to refer to the stripes on the books on the shelf, those numbers don't uniquely identify books. There's no way to know which 5, which 3, etc. I've never seen a point-and-click adventure with such a broken puzzle.
