Why no voice credits?

lpart responds:

The voices were all done by me, with the acceptation of my wife who voiced Emma

Did you do the woman's voice?

Spazzzcomic responds:

haha nah I got it off freesound.org

Hey it's Chris Voigt! Why isn't he credited on this page? https://sexual-lobster.newgrounds.com/

X-RL7 responds:

It's true! He's been added to the project but hasn't got round to accepting I guess! Thanks for watching

Very imaginative, I can see that you have a lot of creative energy

DylanSparano responds:

Means a lot sir, thank you. 🙏

This is a parody, not an original comedy

SoraNgin responds:

Oh you're right! I just changed it, thanks!

Ha ha he said Renzors instead of Reznors

Izzi8bit responds:

Yeeaaah, my bad. My friend Ricky apparently noticed it mid-production but didn't say anything hoping it would get a lot of "Well Actually, it's" comments on Youtube for the algorithm. It's going over MOST people's heads as it did mine.

What's a gift animation?

FlamingPickle responds:

An animation I made as a gift for somebahdy

This just makes me feel like I'm not in on whatever the joke is

JuneSSantos responds:

Moushley is barely even a joke, so you're not that far from getting it, bud!

Wait but what's your method for doing the enhanced shimmering effect?

Emrox responds:

draw a few dots or whatever random pattern, cut off the sides to make it rectangular, then convert to bitmap, then break apart, then eyedropper tool the broken apart bitmap to get a repeating bitmap fill that you can apply to stuff

THEN add an outline to your drawing with the ink bottle tool (convert lines to fills before this step, if the drawing involves lines already) and color the new outline to be the repeating bitmap fill. Then you should be able to see that making adjustments with the gradient transform tool starts to give the shimmering effect. To animate it in the timeline, you make two keyframes with the gradient transform set to different positions and then shape tween them

(as I said in the video, it's a fairly involved process! Getting shape tweens involved might even be impractical for a lot of uses, but it's definitely useful in some very specific cases)

also: the effect only really works with 1-2 pixel weight lines, extend it too far and then the trick becomes a little too obvious and the illusion breaks

Hey, I gave this my best-of-the-month vote! I'm really impressed and I'd love to see more from you. The art style is great and I like how it's done. If you're on any other websites, you can link to your other pages here on your Newgrounds page.

AriadnaRamos responds:

Omg! Thank you! I really appreciate it! I am very new to this platform but ill make sure to add some links! Have a wonderful day 💕
