But, like, it could still solve world hunger. There are plenty of useful things that everyone relies on that are dangerous when applied directly to the skin. Why would the fact that it's deadly when used incorrectly mean it can't be used for its intended purpose? The problem wasn't the chemical itself, the problem was that it was clumsily spilled everywhere.
