The main problem is how often I'd get stuck in the wall, but I loved climbing and launching myself and switching from one course to the next

I click start and it freezes on the first frame of the comic. There's no game.

Edit: Yeah I click START STORY and then it says loading and then I see the frame of the comic with the clock tower that says Liverpool. Birds chirp and the music plays. I try to click things to proceed but it's stuck. I'm using Chrome on a Windows desktop.

I got to level 7 only halfway through the night, but then my next run I finished the night at level 5. Are there fewer skeletons when you don't shoot or do the skeletons give you less experience when you don't shoot them yourself?

the number is always the same and the experience is also the same as long as they died, I have no idea why that happened. I'll have to look into it. Thank you for informing this.

Is there a point to those two upper platforms in the middle southwest room? I can't seem to get to them. I can't use the spring powerup because I can't get the key into the area beneath them.

You might need the spring power up to access them (found southwest, in the mushroom biome)

Once I click outside the game there's no way for me to give focus back to the game and I have to refresh the browser

Went to the bridge level, fell down, stuck in the cave. Can't get over the wall. Chain doesn't seem to help. Don't know what to do.

Try jumping and using the chain to hook into the wall. It'll pull you into it and you can grab the ledge.
