At first it just seems like a basic platformer, but then you introduce some pretty unusual gimmicks. Well done.

How on Earth do you pronounce this game's title?

It's not really much of a puzzle game. And it confuses tediousness with difficulty.

So you just crash land on an unknown planet and your first instinct is to start firing your gun randomly?

You go up against the entire planet's defensive forces and yet you take damage from running into traffic cones.

Poorly written, poorly programmed, poorly drawn, poorly designed. It's so repetitive both in terms of the story and the gameplay. I kept playing so that I could see the twist ending and was underwhelmed. This should seriously just be one chapter.

Thanks for trying it out anyway.

Looks like there are five stages.
Stage 2 is unlocked by the present at 10 points.
Stage 3 is unlocked by the present at 20 points.
Stage 4 is unlocked by the present at 35 points.
Stage 5 is unlocked by the present at 60 points.
But you can only get one present per run, so if you're just going for all the stages, you may as well die as soon as you collect the present (unless you wanna see the whole background scroll by on stage 1).

zomgsupersack, I would say there's another important difference. This game is much easier than Flappy Bird because the walls are pointy instead of flat.

Now I know what the 1% feels like. I am literally so wealthy that gold isn't valuable enough to be worth my time to sell.

I looked up in the walkthrough the combination for the 5x5 grid of circles in stage 3 and it didn't make any sense. Can someone explain to me how you get that pattern?

The introduction narration reminds me of Kirby's Epic Yarn.

By the way, it's sprightly, not spritely.

Chaz responds:

Ah damnit. Thanks for pointing that out.

I'm a longtime fan of your work, Josh, as you may know. Good work here.

The game seems to be pretty awkward when handling blocks that take up more than one space, that is to say the 3x3 and 5x5 blocks. The game counts only the center of the block as occupying a space, so you can still place blocks within the bigger block and they'll appear either above or below it even though they're not. I'm not sure what the best way to fix it is. I think what I want to happen is for the 5x5 block to actually create 25 blocks so that you can chip away or replace pieces of it rather than just leaving or removing the whole thing.

Then of course there should be an option to erase multiple blocks at once. Like maybe you could see a transparent cube that you're moving around that represents the area to be deleted.

josh-tamugaia responds:

Tharos!! Well, yes, I agree with the 3x3 and 5x5. Annoying me sometimes as well. creating 25 blocks for 5x5 is quite a good idea! Maybe I will use it. Thanks!
