I think those bad reviewers see a Sonic parody and automatically become convinced it's crap. This was hilarious and terrifically animated.
I don't know much about Sonic. Like I don't know why they're in a spaceship or who Chris is or what a hot dog is doing there. I do know who Amy is, but that's only because I played Mario vs. Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games for the Wii. But in a way, my ignorance just made it funnier.
I couldn't agree more. Sonic parodies your playing with fire. If you go a little awry from the story its a instant hate.

There were some funny moments in there, but for the most part I think your good idea was ruined by lack of subtlety. The humor was too blunt. It needed to be more discrete, like an assassin. Yeah, we get that posting on Facebook would not work out so well while assassinating someone. You don't need to rub it in our faces. It seemed very jarring to me how lenient his boss was. And his contact's reaction didn't quite click either. And I'm sure you know the animation quality isn't the best. But good job anyway.

Considering how most of the time in fiction people sustain damage that should kill them and yet they're still up and fighting, I certainly don't mind people dying too easily because it sort of balances things out.
In my next movie, people are going to die for absolutely no reason for the sake of balance :)
